Can I book a once-off visit?
Yes. Book a specific maintenance job, a lawn cut or a garden clean-up, or ask about regular visits if your property needs ongoing attention.
How often can you visit?
Discuss weekly, fortnightly or monthly maintenance, depending on your garden’s size, growth and needs. Scheduling is agreed directly when the work is confirmed.
How is the quote calculated?
We consider the garden’s size and condition, the tasks required, access, labour, equipment, waste and any materials. Photographs are helpful, and some work needs a site assessment.
Is garden refuse removal included?
Please discuss this when enquiring. Refuse removal can be a separate or add-on item, depending on the amount of green waste and the agreed service.
Do you handle large trees?
Tree work is subject to assessment. Large, high-risk or specialist work may need an appropriate specialist subcontractor. Describe the tree and any nearby structures when enquiring.
